Who am I?
Hi! I am Kat!
I enjoy activities and lifting heavy things. I judge the space in a room by how many cartwheels I can do, and I really like almond croissants.
On a serious note, I am an Occupational Therapist, a certified Nutrition coach, a Personal Trainer, group exercise leader and have been coaching for a long time. In fact, I have over 10 years of experience in the industry. I have been across the globe and currently live in NYC.
I have a small client base, and individualize everything to
you, and most importantly, I care about how you reach your goals.
What's the story?
My story is actually pretty epic. It goes from gymnast, to track and field athlete, to dance instructor, to body building champion to powerlifter. It jumps from Perth, to Hong Kong, to Cruiseships to Sydney, to New York City.
But it hasn't been all rainbow and butterflies. Like many people, there has been years of fighting, learning, fighting, and learning some more. Collectivley, I have experienced Eating Disorders for over 15 years.
and it's not easy to get out of bad habits without knowledge, or help.
I am passionate about helping and teaching people how to be healthy and to break bad habits, because, quite frankly, it's really damn hard to do it by yourself.
The focus on M, M & M, is to educate you on how to eat for your goals, how to understand basic or
advanced nutrition principles, learn to rid bad habits and disordered eating patterns and reframe your mindset.
M, M & M is an educational journey, designed to create sustainable health and wellness for everyone, by improving the five factors of health. These factors are nutrition (macros), training, sleep, recovery (muscles) and self awareness (mindset).
